Miles Morales to get standalone short film The Spider Within

Sony is developing a new animated short called The Spider Within. The main character of the story will be Miles Morales, who is an alternate version of Spider-Man.

According to the description of the film, the plot will tell us the story of how Miles went on a journey through the bowels of his own mind, falling into sleep paralysis. He will have to go through a lot of dramatic events that will significantly affect his character.

So far, no release date for The Spider Within has been announced.
