Yager Development has taken the decision to shut down The Cycle: Frontier's battle royale servers amid the financial failure of the game. The developers admitted that the project did not gain popularity due to a number of problems.

The most serious of them were cheaters, the presence of which scared away most of the audience of players. The game did not help and seasonal updates that brought fresh content, but did not change the situation with the technical side. The experience gained in the development and support of The Cycle: Frontier studio uses in their next games.

The servers will close on September 27th.
