The producer of the game Final Fantasy 16 Naoki Yoshida complained online about the abundance of criticism of his project from toxic gamers. The developer believes that only haters speak in a negative way about the project, who just need to give a reason to throw mud at the latest release.
Mr. Yoshida is said to be tired of reading negative reviews from people who supposedly love the series itself, but hate Final Fantasy 16. The developer did not specify what exactly the negative is, and such complaints look very strange, given the flattering reviews of critics and users about the game on release.
Despite this, the producer would probably do well to listen to feedback if it contains constructive and justified criticism. After all, who can learn the game better than the players themselves? Accordingly, they will point out the really important points that Square Enix can take into account when developing the next parts of the series.
