Yoshimi Yasuda, acting producer of the Lollipop Chainsaw remake, has revealed that the remastered version of the action game will be released later than planned. Fans will have to wait until 2024, while the developer is not yet ready to name the exact date.
Mr. Yasuda clarified that he and his colleagues needed more time to implement their plans. The remake is now called Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, at the output it will receive realistic graphics and support for all the newfangled effects such as ray tracing. The developers plan not to change the plot of the game, the novelty will be as close as possible in spirit to the original.
