Not so long ago, Bethesda and Tango Gameworks released an updated version of the online shooter Quake II. The re-release received improved graphics and an old-school concept, and the Western press was very flattering about the novelty.
At the time of writing the news on Steam, the game has very positive reviews, and on rating sites Quake II received 90+ points out of 100. Reviewers praise the authors for their ability to transfer classic elements to the new engine, diluting it with clear textures and animations.
