Obsidian continues to look for employees to work on its next projects. The description of the latest vacancy states that the specialist must be aware of the creation of multiplayer activities in games created on the Unreal Engine.
Users suggested that the network programmer would have to work on The Outer Worlds 2 . Currently, it is known that Obsidian is developing it and Avowed , as well as another game using the Unity engine. There will be no co-op or multiplayer in Avowed (officially reported), so the conclusion suggests itself.
There is no word yet on the release date of The Outer Worlds 2.
