In addition to the branch of Hungarian armored vehicles, dozens of other combat vehicles have been added to the game - for example, Leclerc AZUR and Leopard 2 PSO tanks, the Super Etendard deck attack aircraft, the MiG-29SMT multirole fighter, the Improved Chaparral air defense system, the battleship Arkansas and the Norwegian self-propelled gun VIDAR. New visual effects and game features include wind-bending trees and the ability to shoot external ammunition at the enemy. For aviation, the Rocky Pillars map was created, based on the landscapes of Southeast Asia.
Each of the new technology models has something special. Leopard 2 PSO and Leclerc AZUR are versions of the famous tanks, created specifically for modern urban battles. The French Super Etendard attack aircraft became famous during the Falklands War - it was precisely these aircraft in the service of the Argentine Air Force that sank the British destroyer Sheffield. The VIDAR self-propelled gun is an export version of the modern South Korean K9 Thunder self-propelled gun, which has been in great demand in the arms market in recent years, from India to Poland.
In addition, Sons of Attila has added seven new helicopters for different gaming nations: the attack OH-58D for the USA and China, the Mi-8TV for the USSR and Germany, and a branch of Hungarian helicopters (three modifications of the Mi-24, including the premium Mi-24P ). Mi-8TV is an assault version of the popular transport and combat helicopter, which carries the mostthe game's largest payload.
Finally, authentic voice warnings have appeared on modern airplanes and helicopters. “Rita” or “Whining Betty,” as they are usually called by Russian and American pilots, respectively, will warn of a dangerous altitude, critical overload, duplicate the radiation warning station signal, and report the readiness of guided weapons. “Rita” will be available on the Ka-50, Ka-52, Mi-28N, Mi-28NM, Mi-24V, Mi-24P and MiG-29, “Betty” will be available on the F-16 and AH-64D.
