The creator of The Witcher books is delighted with Henry Cavill's acting in the series

Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, who is the author of books on The Witcher universe, was delighted with Henry Cavill's acting in the Netflix series. According to the creator of the universe, his Geralt could well speak in the voice of the British star.

Sapkowski noted in one of his interviews that, despite the fact that he only has letters from the books, after watching the series he can’t help but imagine how the Witcher speaks in Cavill’s voice. Unfortunately, after the third season of the show, the project management and Henry parted ways; no one has yet told us the reason. Instead of Cavill, Liam Hemsworth will now play the role of Geralt in the series.

In 2024, Sapkowski promises to release a new book from The Witcher series.
