Kratos' youthful appearance is reminiscent of his appearance in the early God of War games: no beard, with more pronounced ash on his body. This appearance option can probably be used at any point in the game.
While players can play through the entire game as Young Kratos, it's worth noting that this skin is only unlocked in New Game Plus mode. However, you can switch between the two variants of Kratos at any time through the game menu.
Additionally, completing the Valhalla expansion gives players access to a new Fury variant, which is also only available in New Game Plus mode.
