Portal Sport Illustrated reports that the studio ZA/UM, which created the popular quest Disco Elysium, has stopped developing an add-on to its game.
The reason is that the company is experiencing a lack of finances. To reduce costs, the management also plans to make a number of layoffs, so the team is clearly not up to the development of DLC. The update, which was supposed to be a standalone project (i.e. the main game was not required to play it), was supposed to be released in a year or two.
ZA/UM did not officially announce this information.
The plot begins with a spaceship crash on a distant planet. Players must extract resources, process them, and build everything they need to survive - from tools and bases to vehicles and spaceships.
The action game also received a content update.
