Digital Foundry team conducted a technical analysis of the new pirate action game Skull and Bones, released by Ubisoft studio.
As part of the analysis, the experts identified the positive and negative aspects of the novelty. The first can be attributed to the presence of several modes of operation (performance and graphics) and not bad water simulation. However, in some cases, the reflections of objects for some reason disappear, and problems with textures are observed steadily as the game (they, then disappear, or show poor quality).
In terms of performance Skull and Bones works quite well, but the game is definitely not a masterpiece.
