The writers of Generation V will cut Chance Perdomo's character from the show.

From the series Generations V, which is a spin-off of The Boys, will exclude one of the main characters — Andre Anderson, the role played by Chance Perdomo. The actor died in a motorcycle accident in March 2024.

The producers of the project have decided not to look for a replacement for the actor. Instead, they plan to make changes to the script of the second season.

How exactly the plot of the second season of Generation V will be adjusted is not yet reported. At the end of the first season, Perdomo's character was at the center of a scandal involving a riot at a college for superheroes.

As of now, the exact release date for the series' second season has not been set, but it is expected to premiere in mid-2025.
