FromSoftware producer Yasuhiro Kitao has posted new teaser art for Shadow of the Erdtree that evokes Bloodborne, though it's still Elden Ring.
Kitao has been out of touch on social media since February 21, when he thanked the Elden Ring community for patiently waiting for the DLC. Now he's back to repost an enemy image and share a shot of the environment, which could easily be confused with a postcard from Yarnam from Bloodborne.
Judging by the architecture, this is probably one of the grand dungeons in the DLC. From the lighted corridors, the central throne, and the overall setting and architecture, it resembles an imposing castle-style dungeon. The main hall with its almost cathedral-like place of grace and impressive spires in the background gives the impression of a tiered environment. It's hard to discern fine, dark details, but the towering windows in the background make it obvious that this is a multi-level environment.
Shadow of the Erdtree is scheduled for release on June 21.
