The company Bethesda has released diaries of the developers of role-playing action Starfield , who called The Endless Pursuit (Endless Pursuit). The entire issue was entirely dedicated to the upcoming sci-fi RPG.
Most of the time, we see game director Todd Howard, studio director Angela Browder, and art director Matt Carofano discuss the ambition, direction, and history of the game being developed by Bethesda Game Studios, as well as the future of the company with Starfield.
If you do not know the background of the RPG, then we tell you: the events unfold hundreds of years in the future and tell about what a person can achieve if he manages to go beyond the Earth.
This is the first new universe from Bethesda Game Studios in 25 years. You can create any character and explore the vast world with great freedom of action, trying to solve the greatest mystery of mankind.
The game takes place in the year 2330. Three factions interact with each other, two of which are the largest in the Galaxy. We are talking about the United Colonies and the Freestar Collective (Free Star). At the beginning of the game, the hero will be in the Constellation faction and will take the position of an explorer of the galaxy.
The main focus of the game is on the War of the Colonies, unleashed in 2310 between the Freestar Collective and the United Colonies. Peace reigns for the time being, but minor conflicts between factions are still relevant, and they can result in something more. As for the enemies, you will face mostly humanoid opponents, including pirates, mercenaries, astronauts, and religious zealots.
Three locations were previously revealed to us - the capital of the United Colonies, New Atlantis, the pleasure city of Neon, and the capital of the Freestar Collective, Akila. You will also be able to explore our own solar system and other parts of the Milky Way galaxy, located approximately 50 light years away.
Starfield is expected to release on PC and Xbox One on November 11, 2022. You'll be able to upsit the game on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
The project is codenamed Half-Life X.
