TNT TV channel and Soyuzmultfilm studio have joined forces to create a full-length movie based on Prostokvashino. The director of this project will be Sarik Andreasyan, known for the movie The Defenders.
The role of Uncle Fedor will perform Roman Pankov, and the letter carrier Pechkin — Ivan Okhlobystin, who also voiced this character in the modern animated series sequel. At the moment the release date of the movie is unknown.
