For the first time, Google has seen official statistics on the decline in Russian traffic to YouTube.
Recall that since August 1, the resource has been artificially slowed down (no matter what anyone says about alleged problems with the equipment), which is why 20% fewer people visit YouTube than before. This is an extremely weak result: most viewers apparently use various methods to bypass the blocking.
Whether YouTube will continue to slow down or whether someone will grab their head and stop shooting themselves in the knee is still unknown.
