Blizzard is working on a game in a new universe

Director of Blizzard Mike Ybarra said that his company is currently busy developing a game that will unfold in a completely new universe. This is the first case in many years when the studio team is not busy developing existing titles, but creating something new.

So far, Ybarra cannot share details about the newcomer, showing the public only concept art. We only know that the game will be made in the open world survival genre, in which players will get a lot of opportunities and perspectives.

The novelty is at a very early stage of production, so it's too early to talk about testing or a release date.
