Valheim celebrates its first anniversary

Iron Gate AB congratulated Valheim players on the first anniversary since the release of the game in early access, sharing plans for the near future.

So, the team announced in a post on Steam that work on the mountain biome is going on as usual, and the team has almost everything ready for release. As a result, users will receive a huge new location with an underground temple, mountain caves and other locations rich in activity.

Among other things, the studio promised that Valheim will be available on the Steam Deck platform as soon as it goes on sale. The developers are trying to do everything possible to make the game as optimized as possible for a portable device from Valve, which many users are waiting for.

We are also currently working on new mechanics, enemies and weapons.
