Studio Sloclap has published a video, which is a short film based on the game Sifu . This project is a fighting game with martial arts in which the main character effectively fights opponents using fists, knees and improvised means.
In the short film, the character goes to the base of bandits, where he will meet with a whole crowd of thugs. At some point, the master is mortally wounded, but he resurrects pretty matured. This mechanic is a key feature of a game in which death is not final.
Sifu releases on February 8th.
The film will premiere on July 26, 2024.
Sales of the game have exceeded expectations! More games are in the pipeline.
Hellblade 3 will have to wait, though, as we're talking about an entirely new franchise.
