Details and release date of the biggest update for Factorio

Studio Wube Software has published on its website the latest information about the forthcoming expansion for the Factorio strategy. According to the promises of the developers, the update will be as huge as the game itself in its release state.

This DLC has been in development for over a year, and it will contain a lot of innovations that the development team previously planned to split into several patches. We were not told more specific details about the content additive, saying only that it is definitely not worth waiting for its release in the near future.

The authors plan to release an update at the end of this year. So far, only a prototype of the extension is being created, after which the polishing stage will pass, and then the studio will invite a narrow circle of users for testing, who will have to catch bugs and help the Wube team prepare for the release stage.
