Think of this
story commission as a tutorial mission that introduces you to exploring the
cavern in the virtual world, on monitors. Completing orders in HDD is a mixture
of map exploration, puzzle solving and short battles.
The mission will begin with a lengthy conversation between your chosen Proxy (Wise or Belle), Anby and Billy. The proxy can get two "Sly Hares" out of the cavern, but traveling through this place is fraught with various dangers. Bangboo doesn't know how to fight, but there's no need to worry about that. Once the conversation is over, you will see several monitors in front of you.
To leave the
cavern, you need to lead the command all the way from the monitors. Move right
along the initial path of screens to reach a purple cell with a magnifying
glass. This is the Observation cell. Once you're there, even more possible
routes appear. Moving along this path, you will also collect “gold coins”,
which are called Gear Coins in the game. In total you will receive 500 Gear
Coins. They are used during the processing of only the current order. For
example, if you need to pay off a battle with raiders or open a gate.
At the fork you
can go up or down. First move up. Wise or Belle will warn that when exploring
unknown areas, the potential threat increases. That is, the more you deviate
from the main path, the more difficult the upcoming battles will be. However,
it's worth it! On this path you will receive another 1000 Gear Coins, which
will be needed at the end of the mission. Interact with the unknown area
(UNKNOWN) to get another 500 Gear Coins.

Be sure to
interact with each space on this alternate path. By the time you return to the
fork, you should have 7000 Dennies and 1500 Gear Coins. Continue down the other
route. Two monitors will appear in the lower left corner and the battle will
begin. Control Anby and Billy and fight three enemies. Practice combos and
chains of attacks.
After killing the first three enemies, three more enemies will appear on the left side of the platform. However, be careful. Two of them will shoot from a distance. When the enemies are destroyed, you will see the monitors again. Before continuing towards the exit, move left to collect the second packet of surveillance data.
The purple monitor
will give you another 1000 Dennies, but will also trigger another event.
Ethereals will appear on the field and chase you. They move faster, so there's
no time to waste! Go back up one tile and head right to the spot by Wyse. You
will pass by a green Rest Area tile where all party members recover HP. When
you reach the corner tile with the monitor, you will hear Wise say that you
have come to a rail laying machine that can speed up movement.
Follow these
tracks and look at the locked gate. To open them, you must spend 1500 Gear Coins or let Billy break down the gate.
On your way to the
exit behind the open gate, collect the third packet of surveillance data.
When everything is
ready, go to the exit. However, you won’t be able to just leave the cavern. You
have to fight an ethereal boss. Continue to keep your distance, switch between
characters in a timely manner when you see a yellow flash (dodge the red one)
and do not forget about the chain of attacks after stunning the enemy. And yes,
use your ult.
This enemy has a
large range of damage with any blow, but, again, you can dodge them without any
problems. You can keep your distance by choosing Billy. Even better - perfect
help! Once the enemy has about half his health left, two more normal mobs will appear
on either side of him. Kill them and continue the boss battle.
By this point your ultimate should be ready or almost ready! As soon as this happens, press the Q key. When all the enemies are destroyed, Enby and Billy will be able to leave the cavern.
The project is codenamed Half-Life X.
