Drifting Cavity in ZZZ Walkthrough

During the Watch Your Step event in Zenless Zone Zero, you'll be exploring the Drift Cave and collecting AIC data samples. Here's how to get all the rewards, including the Hamster Cage Pass.

The event will run from 10:00 on July 24 to 3:59 on August 5, server time. To participate, you must complete the following conditions:

• Reach Internot level 30
• Unlock the insert story of the Chapter 2 interlude

After the event starts, a new quest will appear in your journal - "[Event] Watch Your Step". Talk to Anton and the Foreman in front of the video rental store. They will offer to continue the conversation inside.

As you progress, you will learn that the Cavern Research Association has issued a request to explore the Drift Cave, a special place where you need to explore the tiers and collect AIC data samples.

Every day a new order will open from the special section "Watch Your Step", accessible via the HDD terminal. To access, click on the Watch icon in the lower right corner.

Read in separate guides the passage of all levels of the Drifting Caverna on Normal and Hard difficulty levels:

All areas are united by a single mechanic: moving between tiers through rifts.

• Tiles with this icon lead down, for example, from the second tier to the third.
• Tiles with a different icon lead up, for example, from the second tier to the first.
• Tiles with a rotation mechanism will appear from the second order and will allow you to change the direction of the rails.
• Tiles with moving boxes will appear from the third order. They need to be moved to the blue buttons to unlock the passages.

Plan your route in advance to collect all the chests and resources, since stepping on the same tile again causes a collapse.

All orders have two modes: normal and difficult. Hard orders are unlocked after completing normal ones and contain AIC data samples needed to receive rewards.

Watch Your Step event rewards

All event rewards are divided into three parts: for normal orders, for difficult ones, and for collecting AIC data samples.

Cavern Exploration: Rewards for completing normal orders:

• 250 Polychromes
• 15 Special Ether Chips
• 100,000 Denny
• Special Reward: Pass to the Hamster Cage for completing all five normal orders

Drift Challenge: Rewards for completing difficult orders:

• 125 Polychromes
• 8 Expert Logs
• 8 Amplifier Power Modules
• 4 Banbu Widgets
• 100,000 Denny

Data Collection: Rewards for collecting AIC data samples:

• 3 Banbulets
• 10 Banbu Widgets
• 100,000 Denny
