Go to it and find a bandit checkpoint. Finish off everyone, then free Genghis. This is a guide, and he, in gratitude for the salvation, will agree to help you.
Finally, bring money to Sidorovich to buy the equipment from him, and then go to Genghis, who will guide you further.
So, you need to either earn 2000 rubles, or find guarantors. Go to the village and talk to the Wolf, who will remind you that you had everything, including weapons. There will be a fork here! You can give the PDA to Wolf, preventing another crime, or you can give the PDA to Miklukha to continue the new quest "In the Dark" (forget about everything and focus on getting your equipment back).
So, if you give the PDA to the Wolf, you can continue the task "One Stalker". Agree to go together to round up Kastet. Talk to Miklukha, already without a PDA, then talk to Wolf again. The task is activated towards the end of the mission "One Stalker" if you decide to follow the path of the Wolf and give him the PDA. After talking with the Wolf, you will need to wait a bit. In the meantime, you can talk to the Wolf on another topic to take on a side quest. Wolf will contact you later. This happened to me at the moment when I completed the quest "Altruist" and helped Sidorovich on the assignment "Debts". Go back and talk to the Wolf. Say you heard that the shots were fired from an IL86 rifle. If you choose the phrase with brass knuckles, you will go down a different path, not like in our walkthrough. After some time, Shustry will contact you. This happened to me during the mission "Gray Cardinal", when I met Knuckles inside the railway tunnel and he let me go, offering to join the gang. Chat with Shustry at the specified location. He will say that some ghoul is trying to rob him. Sneak up on the bandit with Quickie. The monster will disappear. The task will be completed. Whether you shoot the monster in advance or not, the task will be completed.
At some point, you will receive a message about the event. A green question mark marker will appear on the map. Follow it and find the body of the Trapper. Search it and read the PDA. Do not forget to take 1400 rubles from his account. This is how the task will begin. This event happened to me towards the end of the quest "The Gray Cardinal" and at the end of the "Black Man" quest. Anyway, the task can be continued in the Dark Valley.
The quest will start after completing the mission "The Gray Cardinal", if you reject the offer of the Cockroach, take it to Valerian's PDA and agree to help him in the future. As soon as Valerian contacts you, talk to him at the base of stalkers and go to meet Hog. Finish off all bandits. You will receive the "Outsider" achievement (for agreeing to help Valerian). Everyone will have to be killed, including Borov. Talk to Valerian and say that all the bandits have been killed. He will give 5000 rubles. By the way, Borov could not be killed, but in this case, Valerian will give not 5,000, but 3,000 rubles. The task will be updated on the way to the base of stalkers.
At the base of the stalkers there is a "yellow question mark" marker that points to the Behemoth. Chat with him and agree to help. The technician from the base of stalkers needs tools for rough work. You can find them at the elevator and bring them to the Van. He will also need tools for fine work and calibration. At the base of stalkers, in Valerian's room there is a note about radio interference. If you read it, two points will appear on the map. Toward the end of the Cordon storyline, Miklukha will have information about caches for sale. You can buy 10 caches for 100 rubles each. This is optional. Also, at Miklukha, you can unlock the scanner of scientists' artifacts for 5000 rubles. For example, in the Devil's Pit there is such a scanner. You can reconfigure it to find artifacts. You can start the task in another way. At night, sneak into the barracks by climbing over the fence. If you have already dealt with Borov, then the captain will not have tasks. As there will be no quests for the ensign, whom he will talk about. If you agree to join the army, this quest will appear. Before the deal between Valerian and Borov, you will need to get information about it. After learning about everything, inform Gromov. And the quest will start immediately. We need to find a way to leave the Dark Valley. Look around the plant. Kill one of the aliens. You can't use his weapon.

This task can be taken from Pron, the leader of the bandits. It advances the main story quest Forced Stop. Talk to Volyn and decide what to do. If you go together, you will have to fight. But you can go alone to avoid the fight. Talk to Chekan at the marked location. It is useless to go to him without well-pumped diplomacy skills! Volyn will contact you some time after completing the Law & Order quest. Talk to him in the bandit camp. If diplomacy is pumped at least one level, you can offer Volhynia to mine the road (green phrase). Detonate the mine, if there is one, and kill all the bandits. The task will be completed.
The next task from Volyn. We need to deal with the Fist. You can fight in the open or offer a stealth kill (green phrase). You will get the right weapon and move to a new location. Climb the building and jump to the top floor through the hatch. Kill the Fist and the rest of the bandits. All three authorities are dead.
Walking through the gang base??com, you can hear the cry of a psychopath. Chat about this with the merchant Tooth under a canopy at ground level (sitting on a wooden box).
