To start this quest chain, you need to talk to the Courier at the Peacekeeper floating station (ship) in Wharf. There is also an option with the side quest "Rats in the Dark".
So, the mission can be started in two ways. The first is to complete the "Rats in the Dark" side quest, which can be picked up in the Fisheye during the story, but only if you haven't captured the Newell's Crossing subway directly below the diner. The second way is to talk to two unmarked characters. The first courier is located at the main terminus in Quarry End, until the completion of the story mission "Revolution" or "Into the Darkness". After this point, this place will be abandoned. The second courier is on board the Peacekeeper ship, near the board (in front of which Meyer was standing). After the task "Observatory".
Now go to the marked place, in the center of the city, where the couriers guild is located. Climb into the building, interact with the door and get into the headquarters. Talk to Driscoll to receive your first task. Follow the marker south and climb to the top of the building. Take the package, go to the abandoned building in the east and take five letters scattered around the room. Report to Driscoll. Visit the Fisheye first to deliver the first letter. Deliver letters to a man and a child, and then?? return to Driscoll.
You will receive the quest automatically after the task above. A chain of ten tasks will begin, like "The Witch" and "The Book Club". Talk to Driscoll, go to the specified location in the Garrison and deliver the letter. Report to Driscoll.
Talk to Driscoll, follow the marker to the northeast of the city center (Downtown) and deliver the package. Return to Driscoll.
Chat with Driscoll to receive the quest. Head to the first marked location in the southwest in Downtown and deliver the mail. Head south to the second marker and deliver another mail. Return to Driscoll. Open the first locker.
The mission will start some time after the previous mission. Driscoll will contact you by radio. Talk to him, follow the marker to the southeast of the Garrison and deliver the mail. When the survivor asks for help, agree to meet with the blackmailer. She will give you 100 coins. If you refuse, skip the next two objectives.
Head to the marker in the west, while communicating with the blackmailer, you can give him the money that the survivor gave, or kill him. Finish off the blackmailer who will attack you, and then return to Driscoll.
Chat with Driscoll to receive the quest. Need to deliver three packages, to the Wo area??f. Go to the first marker east of the Waterside subway. Then head northwest and then south a little along the same building to find the third destination. Return to Driscoll.
After completing the previous side quest, Driscoll will contact you by radio, however, some time will pass. Talk to Driscoll, head to the marker to the north, where Mike was last seen. As soon as you arrive at the place, kill the infected. One of them will be a former courier. Search the corpse and return to Driscoll.
The mission will start after the previous mission. Talk to Driscoll to receive two packages. Go to the first location in Muddy Grounds. Move to the second location south of Dam Air. Now go back to Driscoll.
The next stage of the quest. After talking with Driscoll, you must deliver two packages to the Garrison. Head to the first location south of the Fisheye Diner, then head west to the second location. Return to Driscoll and complete the mission.
The task will begin after a while, when Driscoll will contact you. Talk to him, deliver two parcels to the Garrison. The first place is near the Tik windmill, and the second place should be looked for next to the Juniper windmill. Return to Driscoll.
After talking with Driscoll, you must delivertwo parcels to Houndfield. Head to the first location southeast of the Hayward Square subway. Go west to the second location. Driscoll will report the ambush. Head east to the marked spot south of Cherry Windmill, knock on the door and kill all the infected inside the building. Return to the survivor and knock on the door again.
Move to the building to the north, kill the three thugs and, while indoors, you can find a memento lying on the table. Talk to Derek, return to the Couriers Guild and kill the three enemies. Go through the next two rooms and kill five more thugs. Untie Driscoll and search the corpse in the previous room. Return to the main table and chat with Driscoll. Here you will be able to make a choice that will determine the reward:
If you decide to restore Derek, meet him at the Fisheye Diner to receive a reward.
