"Renegades" in Dying Light 2

You will receive this task automatically after completing the "Orders" story quest. It will be unavailable once you complete the "Observatory" story mission. Reward: 3500 combat and parkour points, two Boomsticks.

Head to the marker that points to Calvert Island. As soon as you are in place, kill all the renegades. Interact with the door to chat with the survivors. Move west from Calvert Island and break open the door. Once inside, search the corpse on the table. Follow the marked place to the south and break open another door. Enter the empty room to continue on your way. Head to another location to the south and kill the three renegades.

Continue following the marker to the south and finish off all the renegades. While in this location, you can find a memento lying inside a chest on the roof of the building. Once the renegades are dead, interact with the door to fight the enemy group again. This time they will be led by Elias. Kill everyone and break open the door to free the survivors.
