You need to defeat the Scrap Eater and feed him Curses of the Sowing. The Scrap Eater will appear in the Round Table Keep in the middle of the game. He will be in the back room behind Enshi and Ser Gideon's office. Talk to him. He will refuse to talk until you bring at least one Curse of the Sowing.
There are a total of 5 Seed Curses in the game:
Once you've acquired at least one Curse of the Sowing, return to the Scrap Eater in Round Table Keep and speak. He will give you the key to the prison cell in the sewers. Head to Leindell, to grace Balcony overlooking the boulevard . Go down the stairs, go out into the opening and run forward. You will see a stone wing. Go around it and find a descent below it. Jump there and jump into the open well.
Open the grate on the left. Jump down and run to the very end, past the rats. Open the door and jump down. There will be grace in the room on the left. Run to the end of the tunnel and jump into the open grate in the floor on the left. Run through the tunnel, past the huge flowers on the left, and up the stairs. Go forward and open the grate on the right to find a Scrap Eater. Talk to him.
Now you need to meet with the Devourer in this place:
Defeat him, return to the Devourer in Round Table Keep. Talk to him. Go back to the Death Eater's corpse in the sewers and cast all 5 Cursed??th sowing. After the cut-scene, you will be able to pick up the Great Rune.
