Walkthrough Eternal Threads: how to save all six people

Eternal Threads is a quirky puzzle game where you travel back in time to 2015 and try to save 6 people from dying in a private house fire:

• Tom is a landlord who rents out rooms to other tenants.
• Ben and Jenny are a young couple, he is a doctor, she is a student.
• Raquel is Jenny's friend who was traumatized as a child (her friend had an accident).
• Neil is a young guy who can't control himself and is constantly picking fights (and not necessarily winning them).
• Linda is Neal's sister who left her husband.

By following simple steps and installing special devices throughout the house, you will have to explore one event after another on the timeline. The time scale is opened by pressing the Spacebar. There are two modes - easy and normal. In the simplified version, there are fewer events to explore and fewer decisions to make, but there is no way to achieve the best outcome for all heroes.

Therefore, in our walkthrough, we will consider a sequence of decisions for the normal mode, in order not only to save each character, but also to achieve the best outcome for him.

Right now,when you have already begun to study events, open the timeline again. Icons are shown at the top. When you select each event, the characters participating in it will be highlighted. Character icons will have a "skull" icon. When you eventually save one of the characters, a "gray heart" will appear instead of a "skull". This means the character will survive. But if you can also save him from problems, then you will achieve the best outcome, and then the “green heart” icon will appear on the icon.

Round event icons show those episodes that do not affect anything. But they expand the lore of the game and give you more ideas about the plot. The main icons are "rhombic". In them you have to make one of two decisions. Decisions can be viewed in full or changed right on the timeline (if the event is open). You need to select an event, click on "View" and select one of the two outcomes. However, some events may be blocked by previous decisions. That is, to view all the events, if you want to, you will have to move away from our timeline, make other decisions and study them.

How to open a room on the second floor?

Event 105: Be patient. During the Midnight Smoke event, Raquel mustfollow Tom, and then, after 3-4 decisions, "Songs in the Soul" will appear. Raquel must look for the key to the secret room in Tom's bedroom. You will see where the key is hidden and you can get it.

How to open the developing room?

Event 133. First, Jenny must get a camera. Then this event will be active, and you will see how she throws a note into the urn. Study and learn the combination for the door from the dark room in the basement. Drop down and go into it.
