In honor of the announcement, CD Projekt RED released the first official trailer for the game. In The Witcher: Monster Slayer, the player becomes a witcher and fulfills a wide variety of orders. Moreover, you can find different monsters depending on the area in which you are. It will be possible to meet common, rare and legendary creatures.
Also, players will brew potions, oils, craft bombs and equipment. By killing a monster, each witcher will receive some kind of trophy. Young developers from Spokko, bought by CD Projekt back in 2018, are responsible for the development. The game will be released on iOS and Android.
