A first-person role-playing game set in the world of Pillars of Eternity!
Avowed is the first major game developed by Obsidian exclusively for Microsoft. Recall that the studio joined the publishing house in September 2018.
Right now, the developers are working on another game, Grounded, but they consider it a less significant project.
The two previous parts of Pillars of Eternity were isometric games in the spirit of old RPGs. But Avowed will be completely different. One can even assume that Obsidian will try to create something like Elder Scrolls/Skyrim. You can take a look at the trailer below!
Avowed does not yet have a release date, but it is known for sure that the game will appear on PC and Xbox Series X.
