Next time, you need to look for Laezelle near the abandoned ruins of the Ravaged Shore, into which Shaedowhart fights. From the Roadside Cliffs Travel Altar, go right and then go around the ruins on the left. After finding the cage with Laezelle, start a conversation with the tieflings. It's best to save first.

Even if you remain silent, Laezel will jump out of the cage, and you will either have to kill her or stand up for her and finish off two tieflings. There are also options with a skill test.
