The official PlayStation Twitter account posted a post with a list of games that will be available to all PS Plus subscribers in March 2021:

This month you will be able to take to your library:

Maquette (PS5)
Final Fantasy VII (PS4)
Remnants from the Ashes (PS4)
Farpoint VR (PSVR)

Interestingly, the listed puzzle game Maquette will be released on March 2, but it will only be free on PS5 (PC and PS4 users will need to purchase the game separately).

For Fintal Fantasy VII, things are a bit simpler: you'll get a backward compatible PS4 version for PS5, but the enhanced PS5 version will be released on June 10th and will have to be purchased separately.
