Syndicate update released for Crossout

Targem Games and Gaijin Entertainment announce the release of update 0.12.40 Syndicate in the post-apocalyptic online action game Crossout.

A new faction is coming to the Wasteland - the Syndicate, so players will have access to new tasks, fresh parts and a new PvP map "Eastern Quarter". The Syndicate event will be available until April 30th.

Before the apocalypse, the leadership of the Syndicate worked in a branch of the pan-Asian corporation Neon Dragon, which specialized in implants, prostheses and artificial intelligence. Now the Syndicate is a closed society with a strict hierarchy, whose members use augmentations, smart weapons and advanced energy storage. To gain access to Syndicate vehicles, players in Crossout can complete faction missions included in the new season of the Battle Pass.

For example, the epic cockpit "Jannabi" can accumulate energy during car drifts and redirect its excess into weapons, and the legendary cockpit "Yokozuna"releases a support drone that increases the power of an ally's armored car. The Tempura's contact gun burns through the details of the enemy, the Yaoguai autonomous drones cover entire areas on the map with fire, and the Enlightenment tracking system does not allow the enemy to escape pursuit. Finally, the new Omni roller-carrying undercarriage will make it possible to build armored vehicles that move equally well in any direction.

East Quarter is the first map in Crossout where the Syndicate branding is clearly visible. The new faction has firmly established itself in the slums of the metropolis, restored power supply, hung skyscrapers with neon signs. The center of the location is traversed by a dried-out channel into which fast melee vehicles can descend to surprise their opponents and cause panic in the ranks.
