Dying Light: The Following Story

Alright, now the spoilers begin. At the end of Dying Light: The Following, Kyle Crane comes face to face with The Mother. The mother has actually turned into a sentient zombie-like creature that can control her appetite in daylight. But if the night suddenly comes, then the Mother turns into the most terrible, dangerous and bloodthirsty creature. This is the cure that Kyle Crane was looking for, eventually turning people into the same monsters, like Mother. The mother insists that the only way to prevent this is through sacrifice. You have to sacrifice yourself, Mother, all the people living in the suburbs. And now what i can do? And you have two options.

If you do not agree with the words of the Mother and send her to hell, then the battle will begin. She will force Kyle to drink a vial of "medicine". In the final battle, you will have the same abilities as the Mother. Destroy the Mother.

If you decide to sacrifice yourself, which is kind of a good ending, then there will be no final boss fight. You will need to follow the Mother and activate the warhead.

But there is another option. If you want to skip the meeting with the Mother altogether, don't want to deal with her cult, etc., then you can activate the secret ending by collecting a few military items that are scattered around the suburbs. You can read more about this in our other article.
