The visual novel Doki Doki Literature Club is interesting for its non-standard gameplay. Throughout the game, you will need to interact with her: write poems, delete game files and start over. Words for poems

During the passage of the game, you will need to write poems for the heroines several times. Poems will help you please each of the girls. In order for you to achieve this goal, you need to know the nature of each and understand what she likes. In fact, you need to use certain words in order for the game to count your poem as correct. Therefore, to write a proper poem, use the word examples below.

Sayori

endings

As you progress through the game, you will often start a new game and delete game files. All this is part of the gameplay. Therefore, to start a new playthrough , go into the game directory, open the game folder and delete the firstrun file.

There are three endings in the game: bad, good and "secret". The last ending will not lead you to the credits, but you will no longer be able to continue the game after it.

bad ending

It's easy to get a bad ending. Just go through the game to the very end and don't reload it if she prompts you to do so. At the end, you will be left alone with Monica. Close the game, go into the game files and find the Characters folder. Delete the Monika.chr file and then re-enter the game.

good ending

Getting a good ending is harder than a bad one. To do this, do you need to go through the root of each heroin??. Ruth is a single character storyline. There are three lines in total: Sayori, Natsuki and Yuri. The completion of each route is marked by the opening of a new image of the girl. We advise you not to leave the game immediately after receiving the art, so that the game can save it. But you need to get out before you know about the death of the heroine!

• Save before writing the first poem so you can go back to this point and start another girl's line.

To go through the girl's storyline, you need to like her. To do this, you need to write a poem for her and make a series of choices. Most of the choices do not play a big role in the plot, but this girl must be chosen to prepare for the festival. It is also important in Sayori's line to tell her that you love her. And in the final route, repeat when she asks. As soon as you pass the line of one girl, load the save and start the line of another.

After completing all three lines, continue the game until the dialogue with Monica. Unlike the bad ending, it's too early to delete Monica's file at this stage. Just read the dialogue and write a poem for her when she asks. Then the text field will disappear and only the image of Monica will remain. Now exit the game and delete its file. Start a new game and watch the final.

WITH??clear ending

Delete Monica's file at the very beginning of the game. When you start the game, you will see an image of Sayori hanging herself. Ten minutes later, an inscription will appear: "Now everyone will be happy."

Secret Poems

In the game folder, you can find poems that are not used in the plot. Most likely, the developers deliberately left them there as a feature of the game. You can find secret poems among the game files at: game/images/poem_special .
