This night was the second edition of the online conference IGN Expo, which showed a lot of interesting things. The first thing that the audience saw was a gameplay video of a remake of the XIII selshading shooter. The game was released more than 15 years ago, and on November 10 this year it returns in an updated and modified form.
We remind you that a remake is not the same as a remaster. If in the remaster they “tighten up” the graphics and voice acting, then in the remake everything is redone, and the original game is simply taken as a guideline.
The original game appeared in 2003. The protagonist is a man accused of assassinating the president. He wakes up from amnesia in Brighton Beach, having been injured. The only thing that gives him a clue is a tattoo of the Roman number XIII, as well as a small key.
XIII Remake will be released on four popular platforms - PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch.
