How to get the mutant girl dress in Sons of the Forest

To get a Virginia dress you need:

• Virginia is supposed to be a companion - that means you didn't kill her and you managed to befriend her.
• Rebreather - allows you to dive, breathe and see underwater.
• Shovel - Allows you to dig into the ground to find hidden passages.
