To activate the special admin menu that the developers used when testing their offspring, download the following archive . Extract all contents to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Jagged Alliance 3\Mods\. If there is no Mods folder, then create it. Also the contents of AppData will only appear when you open the show hidden files and folders. You can read about it on the Internet. Most importantly, specify the version of your Windows.
Open the game, find the Mods section and activate the installed mod. A line will appear right in the game menu, which is called Cheat Codes. Open the section and you will see a list of available commands.
