How To Get Markoheshkir Legendary Staff In Baldur's Gate 3 - All Secrets of Lorrokan

Stealing something from a wizard is not easy: all his possessions are securely protected by magical traps. All in all, the Tower of Lorrokan is the hardest magical puzzle in the game.

How to get into the tower

The puzzle starts in the tower above the "Magic Supplies". To get there, enter Lorrokan's office. You can do it like this:

  1. After talking with the receptionist on the first floor.
  2. After talking with the projection of Lorrokan on the second floor.
  3. Entering the left (blue) portal.

Go to Lorrokan's office, calm the magician and complete the dialogue. Go to the northern part of the room and look at the balcony to find some flying furniture. It is related to the puzzle.

Jump over the railing onto the furniture. Go down and drop down at the very end without touching the floor trap.

Next, you need the See the Invisible spell. You can get it if you're playing as a mage, with a potion or an enchanted item.

Use the spell to see the signs in front of the weaving buttons in the room. The button you're looking for is by the large sunny window in the northwest area. Another button, opposite the one indicated, will send you to the "Magical Accessories" storage, where you can find rare tomes (by questthat).

Pressing the correct button will take you to an area with two blue magic domes and several small display cases with valuables and keys. Removing the energy barriers would again require a see unseen spell to reveal the levers in front of each one. However, this is not all! Be sure to save before continuing.

To use leverage, you must pass a magic check (DC20). This is probably best done by a wizard (such as Gale) or another character with high intelligence and knowledge of arcane magic.

You must pass the test twice to lower both barriers . If you fail and are not destroyed, the character who failed will not be able to try again. More precisely, you can try again, but you will immediately fall into a trap.

Under the western barrier is the mantle:

  • Robe of the Weave (very rare) : +2 to AC. Gives +1 to spell saving throws and spell attack rolls. When the wielder succeeds on a saving throw against a spell, he regains 1d6 points of health.

In the eastern part of the room , the legendary staff of Markoheshkir is hidden under the barrier.

  • Markoheshkir (Legendary Staff) : A versatile weapon; +2 enchantments. Deals 1d8 + 2 + Power Strike. The user gains a +1 bonus on spell saving throws and spell attack rolls. ?gains a free use of Chereska's Favor and can allow one spell to be cast once per long rest without using a spell slot.

Now you can leave this place.
