Walkthrough Treating Symptoms — how to complete gigs in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Treating Symptoms is one of the orders (side quests) that you will receive during the passage of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty . Let's figure out whether Milko Alexis should be killed or whether he should be spared, and what this will lead to.

What to do with Milko Alexis?

First you need to find Milko Alexis. As you move towards Tsetsli, destroy your enemies. Whether you act secretly or not does not matter. After clearing the location, find Milko in the basement along with Network Watch agent Alan Noel. Netrunner is using Milko as an unwitting informant, so Agent Noel wants to spare him. The order requires you to kill Milko Alexis, but instead you can spare him so that the Network Watch can finish the investigation and get on the trail of the true maniac.

If you decide to kill Alexis, Alan Noel will also die. The task seems to be completed, but with a bitter aftertaste. On the other hand, if you spare Alexis, you don’t have to worry about the customer. When you leave enemy territory, Mr. Hands will inform you that the girl has been placed under the witness protection program. Later, Alan Noel will report that they managed to catch the true villain, and you will receive additional credits.
