The Last Faith endings

1. You will get the first ending if you agree to sit on the throne during the meeting with Annabella and Katherine at the very end of the game, after the murder of Lord Patrick Ladduck.
2. You will get the second ending if you refuse to sit on the throne. Then you will have to kill the Guardians, Annabella and Katerina.

Secret ending

With the secret ending, things are a little more complicated. You need to find two Eskov eyes. Proceed like this:

1. We complete Lady Annika's quest. Read here
2. We buy from the Veiled Lady “Second Skin”
3. Through a mirror in one of the houses in the village of Telvinil we find ourselves in a closed room in the mansion of the Esk family (in the screenshot in the lower left corner):

• Talking to a ghost
• Following in the ghost's footsteps we go to the boss Harbinger of Nightmare
• After the boss we get left?? Esca's eye
• (If you haven't killed it yet) Kill the boss Star Beast Illigart. Optional boss in the location Cursed ruins of the Osseus fortress. You can get to the boss by breaking the illusory wall in the room shown in the screenshot below.
• We go into the room after the boss, we see a ghost and a passage not marked on the map
• We go into the next room and take away Esk's right eye
