After gaining access to the research of the Sheriff's Office building, find Tim Breaker's office. On one of the walls you will find a display case with a pump-action shotgun. In order to pick up this weapon, just enter the code “723”.
PAs you continue exploring the aforementioned area, you will come across the final cache of the cult in Bright Falls. The code for the box lock is “146”.
