Pacific Drive garage door code

Really all you have to do is be patient and go through the story missions. Eventually, you'll reach the Intermediate Zone. When you do, Tobias will mention the code 4735. But you can use it later. When you return to the garage, the code panel will be inactive.

Complete the "Path to the Intermediate Zone" mission. When you make your way from the Outer Zone to the Intermediate Zone using the pipes in the huge wall, you will be asked to activate the stabilizer. Be aware that as soon as this happens, a Gate will open and you'll need to emergency teleport through it back to Offie's garage.

Once in the garage, you will receive a new task from Tobias and Francis called "A Small Favor". Just interact with the code panel to open it. You'll find a restroom. There is actually a secret passage - interact with the dryer on the wall on the left.
