Fallout 76: where to find power armor?

In this article, you will find tips for finding your first power armor. Using the Fallout 76 interactive map, you can easily find places where you can find power armor. Simply select the Basic tab and turn on the Power Armor option. While there are many places to find this item in the game, I recommend focusing on the three closest locations for a more efficient search.

For example, the closest location to Hideout 76 is the power armor in the Gorge Junkyard.

In the location "Junkyard in the Gorge" power armor is locked in the back of a trailer in the middle of the junkyard. It can only be opened with the third level of the burglar skill. This is a remote and sparsely visited area, making it less likely that someone will take the armor before you. However, opening it will require either a high hacking skill or a Master Spy card, making this an attractive option for high-level players.

A better alternative might be to visit the Aaranhont Farm, which is located a little further away from Sanctuary 79 on the north side of the map. In the barn, near the three silos, you can find a key hidden next to a dilapidated barn with beehives on the roof. You can then access the power armor inside.

Another location is Silva's Farm, where the power armor is stored in a large barn. Although access to it is open to everyone, the chance of finding free armor is low, but with persistence it will be possible to succeed.
