Achievement unlocks after passing the first wagon.
The achievement will be obtained after you pass through the second wagon.
Go through the two carriages and press the button in the driver's cab. Then exit through the white door on the left.
Repeat the steps of the first ending, however instead of exiting through the white door, head to the end of the train where you will be met by a girl. After talking to her, continue to the tail of the train and avoid the monster to get the achievement.
These achievements are considered the least interesting, as they require multiple passes through doors with anomalies to complete.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
