First and foremost, in order to use the drive discs, you need to progress through the storyline. Eventually, a store with Drive Discs called BARDIC NEEDLE should open opposite the video rental store.
Go to the agents menu, select the desired character and open the “Equipment” tab. You will see a slot for the amplifier, and there will be 6 cells around it. Drive discs can be installed in these cells!
