How to free up PC space from unnecessary language packs in Zenless Zone Zero

Unlike other games like Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero installs language packs automatically when you load the game. This is convenient for fans of Japanese or Chinese voice acting, but can take up extra space on your computer.

Zenless Zone Zero features four voice languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Removing these language packs can free up about 2 GB of free disk space.

How to remove the voice languages in Zenless Zone Zero:

• Open the main menu of the game and go to settings.
• In the left pane, select the "Language" section.
• In the "Voice Language" line, click on the selected package.
• From the drop-down list, select English, which is the default language.
• The system will prompt you to download some files. Confirm the action.

After these steps, the selected language packs will be deleted, freeing up space on your computer.

To get back the deleted voice languages, simply repeat steps 1-4, selecting the desired language from the list.

How to remove voice packs in Zenless Zone Zero

To remove unnecessary voiceovers in ZZZ, you need to follow the steps below:

• Go to settings and click on the voiceover language you want to remove. This will start a short download, which will download a few Kb.
• Be sure to select the package you want to keep as the main one.
• Go to the "Voiceover Package" section in the bottom right corner. Click on the inactive languages, then select "Remove".
• Once removed, click on "Voiceover Language" once more. Now the alternative languages will weigh about 700 MB, which signals their complete removal from the device.

To restore the deleted voiceover, you need to repeat the same actions: open the list, select the desired language and confirm the download. This time you will have to download much more data - from 690 to 763 MB.
