New Secret Ending in Silent Hill 2 Remake

Complete the first playthrough of the game and start a New Game+. You need to find the Key of Longing in a green car next to the metal gate at the intersection with Nathan Avenue, after the sawmill and the farm that you pass at the very beginning of the game (after the fortification). To break the window, you need to pick up a chainsaw from the logs on the farm, which only appears in New Game+ mode.

After that, play the game as usual until you get to the otherworld of the Lakeview Hotel. Go into the manager's office and open the safe with the key and the code 314. You will receive a postcard of Toluca Lake. With the postcard in your inventory, continue playing the game to the very end.
