The stash is located on the southern edge of the Dump, which can be reached by crossing from the Minor Zone. Moving along the road, turn left to reach the village of Glinka. Here you will encounter a locked garage. To open it, you will need a key, which you will have to find.
Approach the garage and, facing the locked door, go around it from either side. Nearby, you will notice an abandoned white brick house. Enter it and head to the far room. There you will find an old broken TV, inside of which the necessary key is hidden.
Returning to the garage, open the door and be prepared to fight two wild cats. After eliminating them, examine the bag inside. In it, you will find standard supplies and an extended magazine for the Kalashnikov assault rifle.
