There are a total of 21 norn chests in God of War. To unlock the chest, you need to find three runes. They are usually located nearby. Apple Idunn (1/11). You can find the chest during the prologue or later. Head towards the stone pavilion with a circle in the center. Go forward and break the wooden barrier. Behind it is a room with a chest. Three runes are visible at once. Destroy them.
Apple Idunn (2/11) . Head through the mystical gate Wildwood Edge. Continue across the bridge and past Brock's shop. Go down the ledge to the destroyed wooden bridge. Behind the bridge is a Norn chest. The first rune is located above the chest. The second rune can be seen from the bridge, to the left of the chain. Throw the ax at the rune. From the opposite side of the bridge, look into the gap between the stones. The third rune is located there.
Blood Honey Horn (1/10). After you climb up from the room with spikes and a falling ceiling. Do not immediately go outside, use it to lower the ceiling. When the ceiling goes down, you will see a chest. The first rune is to the left of the chest behind a wooden beam. Use the mechanism that raises the ceiling to lower the rune. The second rune is under the ceiling on the right. The third is located in the stone tunnel at the back.
Apple of Idunn (3/11) - the chest is located in a location with bones sticking out of the ground. There was a battle with a troll. Head to the left side to find a chest. Behind the chest are two runes. Go around the bones and go back to find the third rune. When three runes jingle at the same time, the lock will open.
Horn of Blood Honey (2/10) - Head through the mystical gate of the Witch's Cave. Use the elevator and go upstairs. AND?Use shock arrows to destroy the red barrier on the right. Behind the barrier is a well in which the rune is located. Go back to the elevator and go down to the cliff. Shoot the blue crystals on the right and left. The second rune is on your left.
Go right. There is a chest there. to chest. From the chest, look left and up. Blow up those plants. The red crystal is to the right of the chest. The third rune is in the room you open.
Idunn's Apple (4/11) - Go back to the elevator in the Witch's Cave. To the right is a well. Use it to get outside. Climb and head down the road. Go to the fork, use the chain on the right. The chest will be near you. Turn right and go to the end. Ask Atreus to read the runes to you. This is a clue to the sandbowl puzzle. It is also a clue to the stone arch.
Move the Wind of Hel on the left and go back to the chest. In the middle between the chest and the arch are columns with runes. Set the switches on the top posts so rune B is facing right (switch one) and up (switch two). Move Wind of Hel to the switch at the bottom (the runes on it will change) and take it back when the rune changes to B facing up. Move the Wind to the chest to open it.
Blood honey horn (3/10) . To find the chest, you need to stand with your back to the gnome shop in the Foothills. Head towards the rocks. Then turn right. Place runes on 3 turntables that are scattered around the location. You will find the first one above the chest. The second is located on the way from Sindri's shop. The third can be found behind the putrid fog, to the right of the second column.
Blood Honey Horn (4/10). Go to southeast of the Lake of the Nine. Finding the chest is not difficult. It will be harder to open it. Go ashore and turn left to the grate. Raise the grate and destroy the red shoots to free the Winds of Hel. Head deep into the location. You need to get to the opposite side of this grate. Use the blades and move the winds to the adjacent wall from the screenshot below . Go upstairs to the chest with runes. It is necessary to remember the symbols on the chest.
There is a dot above the chest. Set the winds there. Turn around to face the chest. Columns with runes are on your left, right and top right (on the rocks). After installing the Wind of Hel on the columns, the runes will change??. It is necessary to pick up the runes at a certain moment and place them on the central ball above the chest. By inserting all three runes in the correct order, the chest will open.
Apple Idunn (5/11) . Go ashore to the Observation Tower. Climb to the very top. Stop at the cable car. Use the chain and go down it. There is a Norn chest. Drop the Leviathan on the board above the chest. The spears around the rune bells will drop. Use the ax and throw it at all three chains. Once you hit all the chains, the chest will open.
Horn of Blood Honey (5/10) – Travel to the northwest of the Lake of Nine. The location will become available when completing the side quest "Glory to the King". The task can be taken from Sindri and Brok. As soon as you leave the throne room, you will see a chest. The chest is located at the very top of the balcony. You need to use the Winds of Hel to open the chest.
Turn your back on the chest and move Wind onto the orb to your right. When you see the N rune, take the winds and move them to the orb on the left. The runes on the ball will begin to change. Quickly throw the ax at all three runes: two on the left and one on the right. The chest will open.
Apple Idunn (6/11) . Head northwest from Tyr's temple at Lake De??yati. Dock near the south pier of the Forgotten Caverns. Go up to the dragon. Use the chain to go down. There is a Norn chest. On the pillar to the left of the chest are bells with runes. The chest will open when all three bells ring at the same time. The bells are turning. Recommends to get closer.
Blood Honey Horn (6/10) . The location will become available when completing the side quest "Fafnir's Hoard" from Sindri. Swim west of Tyr's temple at the Lake of Nine. The norn chest is located on the location where large trees grow, to the right of the gate to the vault. The rune bells should ring at the same time and the chest will open. Two are located above the chest, the third is on the left above the waterfall.
Apple Idunn (7/11) . The chest is located on an island in the northern part of the Lake of Nine. You will see the chest after landing at the pier of the Light Elf Outpost and turn on the blue bridge. Runes will have to look. The first rune is hidden on a large column with seagulls that comes from the lake. From the chest, head past the lifting grate to the water.
Replace the first blue crystal to reveal the second rune. The rune is located to the right of the crystal between the stones. Go to the place where the first rune was collected. Cross the bridge and go right to the dragon shrine. The second rune is on a nearby rock. Go around the grate near the chest on the back side. The third rune is in the stones to the right of the grate.
Blood Honey Horn (8/10). It is necessary to repeat the story path from the Foothills to the top. You need to reach the hall with a deer on the throne. In the hall, turn right, head through the tunnel. Get to the bridge with the skeletons. From this place you can see the first rune. Move on and turn on the blue bridge to your left. The second rune is located near the bridge. Move along the bridge to the chest of norms. Light the lantern on the right and examine the inscriptions ?and the wall. Put these letters on the columns. Turn your back to the chest and go right. The third rune can be seen from the bridge.
Apple Idunn (8/11) . Head through the mystical gate "Peak". Move to the platform with Mimir's body. Then go down the mountain slope. Get to the entrance to the nearby mountain. Inside, go down and cross the wooden bridge. You will soon reach a norn chest. The first rune is located to the left of the entrance to the wooden bridge. Move the bridge to the upper position using the wheels and fix it with an ax. You will find the third rune in the stones to the right of the jotun sanctuary. To get to the sanctuary, you need to blow up the red resin in the next room. Use the crystal to explode.
Apple Idunn (9/11) . Take the boat to the shore marked on the map below. When you land, go right. Head through the lift gate. Go left from the grate. Move all the way. There is a chest inside the stone gazebo. Certain bells should ring at the same time and the chest will open. Throw an ax at each one in turn. Remember which runes on the chest extinguish.

Apple Idunn (10/11). Go to the underwater part of Alfheim. Head to the little island with a bowl of sand. Ask Atreus to call the elevator. Head down. Continue straight ahead to the norn chest. The chest will be located on your left. Opposite the chest is a wheel. Scroll the wheel all the way down. The first rune is behind you. Then scroll the wheel down two turns. The central part of the platform will go down. Jump to the runes.
Blood Honey Horn (9/10) . Head to the surface. Go to the entrance to the temple of Freyr on the main island of Alfheim. On the map, this island can be found by a pillar of light that is directed to the sky. Cross the blue bridge and turn left before entering the temple. Destroy the shoots and go through the passage. There is a chest of norns. The first rune is located above the chest. The second and third runes are in front of the entrance to the tunnel where the chest is located.
Blood Honey Horn (10/10). The chest is located in Frey's temple on the main island. Head through the blue door. On the right is a crystal. To enable the bridge, install it as shown in the screenshot below . From the bridge you can see the chest. The first rune is located on the bell near the chest. Examine the rooms on the right and left to find the second and third rune bells. Now the bells should ring at the same time??, act as quickly as possible. Also, the central rune can be seen through the grate where the room is on the right. Use the ax on these runes and immediately quickly run to the third.
Apple Idunn (11/11) . Head through the mystical gate of Brok's Shop in the Temple of Tyr. Outside, go down the steps from the golden circle to the water. Find the black door that is indicated in the screenshot .
Go through it and get to the bowl of sand. Use the elevator to go down. Move all the way past the hall with a blue chandelier. You will enter a treasure room. Also there is a wheel in the center ( indicated in the screenshot ).
Continue straight ahead to the trapsand with spikes that leads sideways. Turn your back to the chest and the first rune will be visible immediately on the moving element. The second rune is located in the room to the left of the chest near the small pillar where the wheel is located. The third rune is set on a trap from this room. Examine the part moving up and down.
There are two rune chests in Niflheim. They do not count towards the counter on the map. The chests contain the usual resources for the labyrinth. We advise you to use the full set of Ivaldi armor and the Hvergelmir Stone talisman. So you can be inside the maze longer and the fog is not so dangerous.
The first chest can be found near the entrance. To find the runes, you have to run through the maze. It is necessary to remember the symbols on the chest. There is no clear pattern for the location of the runes in the labyrinth. As a rule, they are located on the rocks ( screenshot ). Look up as often as possible. that look up more often. The second chest is randomly located inside the maze. The runes for it are on the bells on top of the rocks in the same location as the sunduk. Throw an ax to make the bells ring at the same time.
