How to farm Mercury in No Man's Sky

Generally, to farm Mercury in No Man's Sky, you have to log into the game and complete daily quests. And to get more resource, you used to have to wait 24 hours for them to update. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with a new method for obtaining mercury!

Unfortunately, even with it, farming is not as fast as we would like, since the method is closely related to randomness. But you will be able to search for mercury for long hours instead of waiting for daily quests to update.

Copper is a rare resource that can be spent on the Nexus for many useful items. One of the best items after the Living Ship update is the "Egg of the Void or Abyss", which eventually turns into a real living ship. You can fly on it, you can improve it, and so on.

As you explore the galaxy, you will encounter random events. They can be started or cancelled. Some events depend on the Stellar Class. Travel as often as possible to increase the chance of the desired event.

One of the events will lead to the appearance of the Ice Star (Stellar Ice). Shoot it to drop mercury. This event can only appear in green-class star systems.

Fly on such systems. EveryFor a minute or so, you will encounter random events. This is a rare event, so it may take up to 1 hour of game time to find the right star. The same amount - so that the star reappears.
